4-DAY INTENSIVE ACCELERATOR
An intensive four day KM Accelerator Programme public or in-house, physically or virtually, that focuses middle management and KM practitioners on the what, why and how to implement KM. This KM Accelerator Programme can also be delivered virtually in 4 full day sessions or 8 half day sessions of 3 hours each. The topics are the same as the two day workshop but the extra 50% time is for much deeper workshop discussions and team assignments, and far more detailed application of the concepts, tools and techniques taught.
