2-DAY FUNDAMENTALS & IMPLEMENTATION WORKSHOP
A two day KM Fundamentals Workshop public or in-house, physically or virtually, that focuses middle management and KM practitioners on the what, why and how to implement KM. This two day workshop can also be delivered virtually in 4 sessions of 4 hours each, or 8 sessions of 2 hours each. The topics are the same as the one day KM Fundamentals Seminar but the extra 50% time is for deeper workshop discussions and assignments, and more detailed application of the concepts taught.
